The following privacy notice is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the New European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to those who interact with the web services of Intoowit S.r.l. accessible electronically from the following address: corresponding to the home page of the official website of Intoowit S.r.l.

This privacy notice is applicable to the data collected by Intoowit S.r.l. through the site for the processing of personal data by the latter.

The privacy notice is not provided and is not valid for other websites which may be visited by the user via links.

The purpose of this document is to inform users of the use made by Intoowit S.r.l. of any personal data provided through this site and in particular about the type of data that Intoowit S.r.l. may collect and process, the methods of data processing and the entities with which such data may be shared.

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of Intoowit S.r.l. and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service are communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who forward requests of different types are used only to provide the requested service.



Personal data means any information about a person such as to identify that person, such as, for example, his or her name, age, telephone number, email address and mailing address (“Personal Data”).


Required Data

The user may, in principle, visit the websites of Intoowit S.r.l. without having to provide any personal data. In some cases, however, the lack of communication of personal data, in the section relating to the indication of data and on other pages of the website, could make it impossible for Intoowit S.r.l. to provide the requested services.


Navigation data (technical cookies)

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, a number of personal data (e.g. IP address) the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The user may, in principle, visit the websites  Intoowit S.r.l.  without having to provide any personal data, except in the case of filling out the “business contact” form where the user will be required to enter his or her personal data, in which case the selection of the “flag” at the bottom of the form will authorise the data controller to use the data provided by the user for commercial, promotional and marketing purposes. The consent given may be revoked by the user at any time in accordance with the procedures set out in the paragraph “Rights of data subjects”.


Some websites use a technology called “cookies”. These are small data files which are stored on your computer when you access a site or parts thereof. No personal data of users is acquired by the websites of Intoowit S.r.l., Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users, used. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.



No person under the age of 18, without the prior consent of his or her parents or legal guardian, may send information to this website.

INGO S.p.A. does not intentionally request or collect Personal Data from or about children (14 years of age or less) without the consent of their parents or legal guardian, and does not intentionally market services to children. Should Intoowit S.r.l. become aware that it has acquired personal data provided by a child, it will make every reasonable effort to delete such Personal Data from its files as soon as possible.

If a parent requests the amendment or deletion of data relating to his/her child before Intoowit S.r.l. has identified and deleted such data, Intoowit S.r.l. will ensure that such request is satisfied.


Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In the event of such processing not achieving the purpose for which it was provided, Intoowit S.r.l. will ensure cancellation within a maximum of 6 months from the date of last use. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access and are tracked in a specific processing register in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 art.30.



The entities to which the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and access to their data pursuant to art.15 of the Regulation, to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their supplementing or updating, or amendment pursuant to art.16 of such Regulation. The data subject is also entitled to request erasure (better known as “right to be forgotten” under article 17), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to object (article 20) in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
